About the project: The National Centre for Aerospace Innovation and Research (NCAIR) is a collaborative consortium of the Indian aerospace manufacturing sector, Government of India and academia providing research and technology services to its affiliates. The centre undertakes R&D projects for its partners, conducts workshops, and provides consultancy services in the field of aerospace materials and manufacturing. Position & Salary
Project Research Associate (5 Post
) Consolidated salary Rs.28000 - 42000/- p.m.
First class ME/M.Tech/MS. in Mechanical/ Aerospace Engineering, 0-2 years of experience
knowledge/skills required : 1) Process modeling & simulation 2) Computational analysis & design
Software/Programming Skills desired: One or more at intermediate or expert level: 1)Ansys CFX/Fluent 2) Abaqus 3) COMSOL. Kindly provide a note on the software skills acquired (eg. Education or work experience acquired in the mentioned skill set) in the application form.
1) Work in the areas of LCM and Autoclave process modeling and experimentation and Damage analysis of composites.
2)Work with a research perspective on industry-academia collaboration projects.
3)Develop approach & problem solving strategies.
Position & Salary
Project Research Assistant (3 Post
) Consolidated salary Rs.21000 - 31000/- p.m.
First class BE/B.Tech. in Mechanical Engineering, 0-1 year experience
1) Work with a research perspective on industry-academia collaboration projects.
2) Develop approach & problem solving strategies.
3) Work would be related to the following areas:
i) LCM and Autoclave process experimentation.
ii) Damage analysis of composites.
The appointment is for time bound project and the candidate is required to work mainly for the successful completion of the
. The selection committee may offer lower or higher designation and lower or higher salary depending upon the experience and performance of the candidate in the interview.
