About the project: The Indian Nanoelectronics Users Programme is an initiative by the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MeitY), Govt. of India to harness nationwide research and development activities.
M.B.A. (or equivalent), preferably with an HR specialization and having a good academic record. The applicant should have more than two years of experience in handling core HR functions like recruitment, leave & attendance management, performance appraisal, employee compensation and benefits, conflict resolution etc; and also experience in handling general administrative tasks. Administrative experience in a similar academic setup would be an added advantage. Essential: Very strong interpersonal and people management skills, oral communication skills and an ability to draft letters independently. Working knowledge of MS-Office.
The job will primarily involve carrying out routine HR tasks such as attendance submission, tenure extensions, scheduling interviews, handling employee queries and requests taking care of all HR related paperwork and documentation, aiding the different functional team managers in preparing hiring requests; managing the annual performance appraisal process, processing salary revisions and enhancements, employee insurance, interfacing with IRCC authorities and other external entities such as the insurance agent, organizing employee enrichment workshops and team-building events and liaising with the IT team for upgrading the online HR module. Other responsibilities may include administrative tasks like managing project accounts for small projects, processing of purchase payments and reimbursement claims, taking care of travel arrangements of faculty and handling logistics for workshops and conferences.

. The selection committee may offer lower or higher designation and lower or higher salary depending upon the experience and performance of the candidate in the interview.
